In a short space of time, Alex has taken action on issues that matter to residents. From getting unsafe walls repaired to ensuring paving is fixed and rubbish cleared, she has demonstrated a clear commitment to improving the area. Her approach is simple: less talk, more action.
Her daughter goes to Micklands primary and as a full-time working mum, Alex understands the everyday pressures families face. She knows how vital it is to live in a community that functions well - where services are reliable, communication is clear, and public spaces are safe and welcoming. This perspective drives her determination to make Emmer Green an even better place to live.
Alex is focused on delivering real, tangible improvements. Her priorities include:
- Proper resurfacing of Henley Road—without further delay
- Clear and timely communication around roadworks and traffic disruption
- A cleaner, better cared-for Emmer Green
- Improved play equipment at the Milestone Centre and Clayfield Copse
- Standing firm against overdevelopment
She believes Emmer Green is not currently receiving the attention it deserves - and she’s ready to change that. As a local Emmer Green resident herself, Alex sees the same issues others do, and she’s committed to being a strong, proactive voice for the community.
